Refund and Returns Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will be no refund. AlcheTech Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customers will receive their refund within 30 working days after the confirmation.

1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The Company reserves the rights to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice. Please ensure you have read through all terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstanding.

A. The Company will not entertain any cancellation, refund, or exchange of products due to customer’s change of mind once payment is accepted.

B. We will only accept return requests if a wrong or faulty product was delivered.

2. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNING ITEM

2.1 Parcels should be in good condition upon receiving. Buyers must inspect all products clearly once received. AlcheTech has the right to reject claims immediately should the parcel not be in good condition (e.g. carton dented, wet, opened, etc).

2.2 If you discover any damage upon receiving the parcel, please observe the following procedure, failing which you will be deemed to waive your right thereto:

2.2.1 The claimant must notify our Customer Service within three (3) days of receiving the parcel.

2.2.2 A customer service representative from AlcheTech shall perform an inspection of the damaged parcel.

2.2.3 If the inspection confirms the parcel is damaged through the fault of AlcheTech or its delivery partner, the claimant shall return the affected product(s), original carton, and copy of Sales Invoice for exchange purposes.

2.3 AlcheTech is not responsible for any damage caused during courier service delivery. All parcels are wrapped securely to minimise damage during transit.

2.4 An inspection procedure is required for faulty parcels. If the fault is caused by courier mishandling, a claim will be issued accordingly.

2.5 Return of items must be requested within three (3) days of receiving your parcel without use. Please attach a clear photo of the defect, your full name, contact number, state, and order details. Send to: admin@alchetech.ai

2.6 Faulty products must be returned in their original packaging to AlcheTech. Return delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

2.7 Customers are required to bear the delivery charges for defective claims/return shipments.

2.8 AlcheTech will cover delivery costs of a replacement unit upon verification of manufacturing defects.

2.9 Warranty claims that do not comply with the above procedures will not be processed. Please return your purchase to:

3. SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  • Expect delays during festival periods and sales promotion periods.
  • AlcheTech is not responsible for any delays caused by events beyond its control.
  • We do not accept order cancellations after despatch or once payment has been made.
  • Products will only be delivered to valid addresses (not PO boxes) within Malaysia.
  • Delivery hours: Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am–1:00pm. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Changes to shipping or billing address will not be entertained after order confirmation.
